Ingredients
▢ 1 cup frozen pineapple
▢ 3 mint springs
▢ 1 ounce NPA Honey
▢ 2 ounces bourbon
▢ 1/2 cup ice
▢ 1-2 ounces water
Instructions
- Add the pineapple, mint leaves from 2 springs, NPA Honey, bourbon, water, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth (if it's too thick, add 1 more ounce of water).
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
