Ingredients
◻ 1 large Salmon filet (fresh)
◻ ½ cup Vegetable (or Olive) oil
◻ 1/3 cup Lemon juice
◻ ¼ cup Soy Sauce
◻ ¼ cup NPA Honey
◻ 2 gloves Garlic (minced)
◻ 1 tsp. ground Ginger
◻ Salt & Pepper
◻ Green onion & lemon slices (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine and mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and salt & pepper.
2. Transfer marinade mixture to a sealable food storage bag. Add salmon filet.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
4. Bake salmon at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (more or less depending on thickness).
5. Top with chopped green onion and garnish with sliced lemons.
